As you are aware the last of the waive 1 installations of the first 9 MFDs against the new MCH contract was completed yesterday. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you, and everybody involved at Smart Office Solutions.
The Installations of 9 new MFDs and 2 device relocations, across 7 separate sites was carried out professionally and swiftly, in line with the scheduled plan. Your staff worked extremely hard together with our IT to ensure minimal down time for our services, whilst swapping and reconfiguring the new machines. Basic user training was delivered before leaving sites, and the old devices where wrapped up and removed from site efficiently to be returned to the previous contractor.
This along with the prompt direct settlement of early termination charges being handled on our behalf directly by Smart Office Solutions with the lease providers has made a seamless transition over to the new contract. We have been kept informed and updated on progress throughout the week, customer care and communication have been second to none.
It is refreshing to deal with a such a professional caring and efficient contractor, who has exceed our expectations in all aspect of this procurement and contract implementation. Please pass my sincere thanks and appreciation on to all of your staff.
